Shrek and Fiona travel to the Kingdom of Far Far Away, where Fiona's parents are King and Queen, to celebrate their marriage. When they arrive, they find they are not as welcome as they thought they would be.After saving Princess Fiona (Cameron Diaz), Shrek (Mike Myers) married, and it is now time to meet the parents. To meet Fiona's parents, Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey (Eddie Murphy) traveled to a place called Far, Far Away. Though not everybody is content. There is resentment in the marriage between King Harold (John Cleese) and Shrek. Not just the family is dissatisfied. Following an unsuccessful attempt to save Fiona, Prince Charming (Rupert Everett) teams up with his mother, the Fairy Godmother (Jennifer Saunders), to try to find a means to get Shrek away from Fiona.
